The Ventura County Watershed Protection District has released their “Ventura River Watershed Protection Plan Report.” This report summarizes a number of grant funded projects (all grouped under the “V1” title) recently completed by the District, most related to hydrology modeling; the 272 page report also includes a considerable amount of background information about the watershed that will be used in developing a more detailed watershed management plan.
